Yes, Awesome Customer Service! This was my very first full size doll purchase and cs was super awesome in answering all of my many questions! It will take a while to get your doll but omg is the wait ever worth it! I read every little stitch of information I possibly could while I waited which absolutely built my anticipation to the max! There were a few hiccups in the process but I was MORE THAN compensated for the trouble! Ultimately I loooove my doll and this whole experience has been extremely pleasant!
