Yes, the website is easy to navigate. Easy to use pull-down menus. Well organized. Very little confusion. Easy to place orders. Customer service (if needed) is always fast and efficient. Order was what I expected. Packaging was a little damaged but I suspect that was in shipping. The doll was intact. It’s my 3th one and still very happy about the choice. With specific light’s, it’s very real and beautiful to see and feel. The skin tone looks great on camera. Overall she’s my favorite.
